Design Notes

The sequence of 500bp preceding the ORF of TRX2 was retrieved from the yeast genome database. No modifications were applied. The presence of two Yap1p binding sites was confirmed by sequence analysis. Yap1p is a transcription factor necessary for oxidative stress tolerance.
